Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited, a global CDMO, seeks a Technical Staff - Production to operate blister lines and support packaging processes at Hinoba-an, Philippines. The role entails ensuring continuous operation, coordinating line teams, and maintaining strict GMP documentation.

You will participate in validations, changeovers, and CAPA investigations while upholding safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Training staff on SOPs and cGMP is also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Primary and secondary technician for blister operation.
• Allocates workmen for different workstations on shift-to-shift basis.
• Ensure no stoppage of operation / machines due to non-availability of manpower or machine breakdown.
• Handle blister machine CAM/IMA-PG independently.
• Handles Cartonator CAM, PAM PACK-VP-120, HICART independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain c-GMP practices and documentation.
• Contribute to validations/qualifications as per protocol.
• Assist in line clearance during changeovers and checks.
• Investigate events and implement CAPA.
• Train staff on SOPs and cGMP systems.
• Monitor machine speed and output during runs.
