Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a Dy. Manager - Quality Control to spearhead analytical testing in a validated QC lab.

The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP/GLP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity while ensuring timely reporting and documentation across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods analyses. The incumbent will manage calibration, method validation/transfer, and QC procedures, coordinating with QA and production to uphold product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Execute sampling and analysis of Raw materials with documentation.
• Analyze finished goods, in-process and cleaning samples with documentation.
• Ensure documentation, calibration, and instrument readiness before analyses.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 in QC operations.

Responsibilities

• Report activities daily to supervisor and maintain lab logs.
• Conduct calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Establish and validate QC procedures; manage deviations and quality events.
• Prepare analytical data sheets and ensure data integrity in all records.
