Job summary

Royu Industrial Corporation, through its Royu division, seeks a Senior Production Engineer to oversee plastic injection production at Calumpit, Bulacan. You will identify mold issues, optimize processes, and mentor junior engineers to drive quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in injection molding, with strong process knowledge and a mechanical engineering background. This is an onsite role in Bulacan.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding Production processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding and its processes.
• Experience with PVC injection molding is an advantage.
• Background in mold maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Graduate engineer, preferably Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production operations of Plastic Injection process.
• Identify mold issues and recommend improvements in mold design.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Injection Molding Production processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding and its processes.
• Experience in PVC injection molding is an advantage.
• Background in mold maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned onsite in Calumpit, Bulacan.
