Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related course.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors production environment using established tools and performs initial quality control for Italy Production Processes such as Dataview, SQL Analyzer, Sharepoint, Dashboard and other third party tools.
• Execute production tasks, quality audit, data management and adhoc requests.
• Responds to job failures/issues and corrects problems according to established procedures.
• Escalates issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using established call escalation procedures.
• Takes appropriate action to ensure processes are completed according to schedule provided in the Reference Data Production Schedule.
• Provides training to new/junior associates as required.
• Acts as a product-specific or procedural subject matter expert for other associates in the absence of Team Lead.
