Partner with Product Managers to create, maintain, and prioritize a healthy, value-driven product backlog. Synthesize complex needs from internal stakeholders (commercial, legal, enablement) into actionable product initiatives and clear user stories. Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, mapping out intricate business logic, data handling, and collaborating on detailed UI/UX mockups. Define rock-solid acceptance criteria for backlog items, ensuring edge cases and compliance requirements are accounted for. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), sign off on functional specs, and coordinate smooth release processes.
Guide cross-functional engineering teams through the successful, iterative delivery of features. Actively participate in and drive value during Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning, and backlog refinement (grooming). Serve as the daily point of contact for developers to clarify requirements, prioritize bugs, unblock impediments, and mitigate risks to Sprint Goals.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the development cycle to provide transparency on progress, trade-offs, and feature impacts. Balance and negotiate conflicting priorities within a flat, fast-moving organizational structure.
