Job summary

Maya is seeking a Product Manager for Identities & Access Management to shape the vision and execution of User Profiles and Security Center experiences—from registration and login to MFA and fraud safeguards.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and regulators to deliver secure, compliant authentication experiences while prioritizing data-driven improvements and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, CS/Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of product management experience in identity, authentication, or security.
• Proven track record of data-driven product launches and iterations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for User Profiles and Security Center.
• Define roadmap and prioritize registration, login, and profile management initiatives.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize registration/login and authentication success rates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Anti-Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Site Reliability.
