Job summary

Maya is seeking a Product Manager for Identities, Access, and Security to own the strategy and end‑to‑end delivery of identity capabilities across the Maya Business platform for micro, SME, and large enterprise merchants.

You will drive authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle, balancing user experience with security and regulatory requirements while guiding cross‑functional teams from design to release.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management with exposure to identity, access, or application security.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments.
• Experience building products for diverse customer segments (SME/enterprise).
• Familiarity with User Access Management and enterprise account structures.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance-driven product development.
• Experience in merchant or B2B platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own identity and access strategy across merchant segments.
• Build and execute a roadmap aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Drive initiatives such as MFA and UAM.
• Ensure scalability from single-user to multi‑role enterprise setups.
• Own registration, login, recovery, and account management journeys.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver with PDLC embedding security and governance.
