Job summary

Philippine Blue Cross Biotech Corporation is seeking an experienced Product Manager/Brand Manager to lead end-to-end product management, from planning to development and continuous improvement. You will conceptualize programs to enhance product value, drive performance, and achieve business objectives while collaborating with marketing to implement product marketing plans and generate leads.

The role requires a proven track record in product management, strong planning and risk management

Qualifications

Five (5) years of work experience as a Product Manager or Brand Manager.
Proven track record in product management, presentation, planning, and risk management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in project management tools.

Responsibilities

End-to-end product management from planning, execution, and overseeing development and improvement of the product.
Conceptualize programs and best practices for the product, enhance product value, maximize performance, and achieve business objectives.
Generate leads and identify prospective clients by applying effective market-based product strategies.
Understand customer experiences, create product pricing, and other related tasks.
Assist Marketing in developing and implementing the product marketing plan.
Create and maintain product documentation.
