PJLI in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Product Management for Bank Loans to lead the strategic direction and end-to-end management of the Bank's loan portfolio, including business, teachers salary, personal, microloans, and corporate lending.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in retail and corporate lending, credit risk management, and credit operations, with a proven track record of leading product teams and driving commercial growth in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study.
• 8-10 years experience in product management.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products.
• Internalize and represent the customers voice throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly.
• Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision.
