Job summary

Foundever is hiring an AI Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of an internal agentic platform that enables teams to design, build, and scale AI-driven automation and agentic workflows. You will shape the product vision, define the roadmap, and translate business needs into compelling platform capabilities.

You will collaborate with operations, CX, IT, and analytics to deliver scalable, secure features, guide LLM integrations, and measure adoption and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience with AI-driven or platform products.
• Hands-on with automation workflows or agentic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for the agentic platform: vision, discovery, delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Define and evolve the product roadmap for agentic capabilities and AI orchestration.
• Collaborate with operations, CX, IT, and analytics to prioritize automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and backlog items.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform features.
• Guide decisions on LLM integration and workflow automation.
• Track adoption and performance metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
