Job summary

Anori is seeking a product manager to unify user research, strategy, and product execution. You will collaborate with executives, engineers, domain experts, and researchers to shape the roadmap and deliver customer value.

You will translate complex regulatory and technical constraints into actionable PRDs, prioritise features, and ensure the product develops in line with market needs. Strong communication and startup experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of domain experience in real estate development, AEC, construction management, or related sectors.
• 3+ years of product management experience in tech, end-to-end from ideation to launch.
• Experience in pricing, packaging, or business model development with value-based validation.

Responsibilities

• Define Product Strategy: develop and maintain the product roadmap for one or more workstreams, aligning milestones with company strategy.
• Customer Discovery & Validation: engage with stakeholders and industry experts to gather feedback and validate prototypes.
• Product-Market Validation: run market validation with cities, developers, and financial institutions to prove demand and willingness to pay.
• Bridge Domain and Technology: translate constraints into actionable PRDs and engineering priorities; maintain source of truth for what is built.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: partner with domain experts and tech leads to carry feedback into requirements and implementation.
• Packaging & Value Assessment: specify modules, features, tiers, and work with GTM on pricing and value narrative.
• Measure and Iterate: define KPIs to monitor feature performance and impact.
