Job summary

Anori is seeking a dedicated design lead to own UX across our B2B platform. You will steer user research, UI/UX polish, and DesignOps, accelerating design-to-engineering workflows while shaping a design system.

Reporting to the CTO, you will collaborate with engineers and domain experts; influence product direction through user insights; leverage AI-assisted prototyping to speed iteration and delivery. This role offers high ownership in a startup, with competitive benefits and a path to scale

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product/UX design, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS product design.
• Craft depth in information architecture, interaction design, high-fidelity design, and visual polish.
• Experience conducting user interviews to inform UX requirements.
• Ability to maintain a high fidelity bar and articulate why quality matters in enterprise software.
• Strong collaboration with software engineers; able to reason about components and front-end.
• Synthesis: turn messy stakeholder input into clear, buildable design decisions.
• AI-native outlook: experience with AI-driven design workflows.
• Autonomy: thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving teams; startup experience.
• Portfolio submission is required as part of your application.

Responsibilities

• Own Design Quality: ensure UI is intuitive, polished, and effective.
• Lead Craft on Core Workflows: manage UI/UX for developer workspace and city compliance surfaces.
• Own the Design System: lead the Figma design system and conventions, evolve as product grows.
• Establish Design Process: set handoff discipline and definition of ready.
• Work the Design-to-Code Seam: collaborate with engineers; AI-assisted prototyping speeds the loop.
