We are currently partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech enterprise delivering next-generation digital asset infrastructure and integrated financial solutions.

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead platform growth, commercial alliances, and operational resilience. Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will translate market opportunities into seamless technical execution while safeguarding regulatory standing and infrastructure integrity.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-quarter strategy, functional roadmap, and market positioning for core financial tools, balancing immediate commercial wins with long-term scale.
• Direct the sprint lifecycle and feature grooming process, translating business drivers into crisp user stories and execution-ready engineering backlogs.
• Uncover critical market friction points and establish product initiatives that feed directly into business-wide key results.
• Serve as the main relationship owner for institutional partners, leading technical integration discussions, running quarterly executive reviews, and maintaining commercial alignment.
• Prioritise and orchestrate the partner integration funnel—including banking rails, digital wallets, and payment gateways—against technical resource constraints.
• Evaluate ecosystem performance by measuring end-user acquisition, long-term retainment, transactional throughput, and net revenue generation.
• Perform financial modelling and build-versus-buy analyses to justify infrastructure investments and partner terms.
• Oversee end-to-end launch readiness for developer-facing services (fiat rails, asset exchange, liquidity routing, and automated onboarding), managing cross-system dependencies to go-live.
• Lead operational crisis response for partner system disruptions—establishing severity levels, drafting external post-mortems, and engineering long-term systemic fixes.
• Guide the platform’s legal and risk posture by mapping evolving financial regulations into technical functional controls alongside internal compliance teams.
• Co‑own developer service level agreements (latency, success rates, and system uptime) with engineering leadership, applying targeted monitoring separate from internal trading systems.
• Construct data dashboards and real-time monitoring to track account health, utilising behavioural metrics to shape future roadmap investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated product management experience across digital payments, embedded financial services, crypto/Web3 infrastructure, or core banking rails.
• Proven track record of managing B2B partner pipelines, technical integrations, and commercial account performance.
• Deep practical understanding of developer APIs, service-level monitoring, and leading root‑cause resolution for high‑throughput platforms.
• Hands‑on knowledge of financial regulatory landscapes, anti‑money laundering (AML) controls, and automated onboarding workflows.
• Strong business acumen with experience evaluating build‑vs‑buy decisions and analysing unit economics.
• Exceptional cross‑functional leadership, structured communication, and stakeholder management skills.
