Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in banking, fintech, lending, investments, or financial services
• Strong understanding of asset and liability products and customer journeys
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering products from concept to execution
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities
