Job summary

GoTymeX is seeking a Senior Product Insights Analyst to drive the analytics backbone of our credit card programme. You will build the product intelligence function, identify performance signals, and translate data into concrete product and commercial actions across the Philippines and South Africa.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and business analysts to embed measurement in sprint ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Experience building product analytics for fintech or credit card programs.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable product or business decisions.
• Proficiency with modern analytics tooling and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance analytics across markets.
• Track KPIs such as activation, engagement, spend, repayment and retention.
• Monitor portfolio health, revolve rates and cohort evolution.
• Define measurement frameworks for new features before launch.
• Support A/B testing and experiment design.
• Build self-serve dashboards in Databricks and Mixpanel.
