Job summary

GoTyme is seeking a Data Science Senior Analyst to turn insights into action across deposits, lending, and other banking products. You will apply diverse data sources to build best-in-class capabilities and drive data-driven strategies.

The role involves developing internal predictive models, collaborating with customers and stakeholders, and staying ahead of AI/ML trends to enhance bank performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as math, stats, CS, econ.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or banking.
• Experience building and deploying ML models in commerce or financial services.
• Strong programming in SQL, R, SAS, Python with data extraction skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and DoE methodologies.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies across services.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations from analyses.
• Set up test-and-learn programs to optimize marketing, acquisitions, and fraud strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data sources onboarding.
• Develop predictive models and monitor performance.
• Stay updated with AI/ML developments and innovate.
