Job summary

Lattice Philippines is seeking a Sr. Product Engineering Technician to bridge silicon design and manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on defining and implementing chip verification solutions, preserving lab readiness, and enabling product tests across ATE and bench platforms. Ideal candidates have extensive semiconductor lab experience, strong English communication, and hands-on expertise with NPI, validation, and production testing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of semiconductor lab or related experience.
• Experience supporting NPI, silicon validation, qualification and production test.
• Advanced expertise with ATE systems (Nextest, Teradyne) is preferred.
• Experience with package handlers (Synax 2400, Seiko-Epson).
• Proficient in Python, VBA, and C++; strong English communication.
• Ability to collaborate with Design, Applications, Manufacturing and more.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain lab test environments for product engineering.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain ATE systems and bench hardware.
• Identify board-level problems and coordinate resolutions with vendors.
• Plan calibration activities for laboratory tools and equipment.
• Manage inventory, samples, and procurement of test resources.
• Ensure ESD compliance across bench workstations and equipment.
• Analyze yield, throughput, and test-time metrics and report findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Design, Applications, and Manufacturing.
