Job summary

Lattice Philippines is seeking a hands-on IC validation engineer to develop ATE test programs and perform wafer- and package-level characterization. You will analyze results to define key datasheet parameters and drive problem resolution with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a BS in ECE/CoE/EE/Physics, experience with Nextest Magnum or Advantest T2K, and strong Python/C++ skills, plus excellent English and collaboration across cultures.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electronics/Physics or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor test and characterization.
• Knowledge of ATE test methodologies and bench tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop ATE test and characterization programs.
• Execute characterization across wafer and package levels.
• Analyze data to define datasheet parameters and report results.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Develop bench automation and data collection scripts.
