Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to support MOSFET foundry transfer and yield sustaining. You will coordinate front-end technology transfer, lead data review, and drive yield improvement across wafer fab and downstream test activities.

The role requires 5–10+ years in semiconductor product engineering, knowledge of MOSFET tech, and strong cross-functional communication. Based near Binan, Philippines, with opportunities to collaborate globally.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline.
5–10+ years of semiconductor front end Product Engineering experience.
Experience with Power MOSFET technologies.
Knowledge of wafer fabrication and wafer sort.
Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technology-transfer lots from wafer fabrication out through wafer sort, characterization, qualification, and safe launch.
Review process transfer status, risks, and action items with Fab Process Engineering and Process Integration.
Drive lot track schedules and communicate risks to project leadership.
