About the Role
Senior Product Engineer – Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P). The role provides functional and technical expertise supporting the design, configuration, development, release, and deployment of the Ivalua platform. It ensures that business requirements translate into scalable, well‑designed configurations and that delivery activities align with best practices and program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Ivalua SME across the S2P solution.
- Advise on Ivalua best practices, platform capabilities, limitations, and design patterns.
- Validate solution designs for alignment with business requirements, Ivalua standards, and long‑term maintainability.
- Act as the escalation point for complex functional or technical Ivalua issues.
- Lead or support functional solution design for S2P modules (Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisition, Purchase Orders, Invoicing).
- Configure Ivalua components (workflows, forms, data models, business rules, integrations) per approved designs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into implementable configurations.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, auditability, and compliance requirements.
- Provide development guidance and support for configurations, enhancements, and integrations while maintaining design and configuration standards.
- Support development teams in resolving defects, optimizing configurations, and improving solution quality.
- Participate in design reviews, code/configuration reviews, and defect triage.
- Coordinate development activities across internal teams and external vendors for alignment and timely delivery.
- Support the release management lifecycle: planning, readiness assessment, packaging, deployment, Go/No‑Go reviews, hyper‑care, and post‑release stabilization.
- Coordinate with Release Managers, QA, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments.
- Provide hands‑on upskilling and mentoring for new Ivalua users.
- Support onboarding through solution walkthroughs, configuration guidance, and best‑practice sharing.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation (design standards, build and deployment procedures, integration touchpoints).
- Contribute improvements in configuration management, development practices, and release processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery and improve solution quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience implementing supply chain systems, ERP systems with AI capabilities, and specifically Ivalua Source‑to‑Pay solutions.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Ivalua Functional Configuration.
- Experience with Ivalua Technical Configuration (API, EAI, ETL).
- Advanced SQL skills; familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Experience in DevOps, Scrum, Agile, and integration of APIs and microservices.
- Strong data analytics, visualization, and data browsing abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for documentation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, operating systems, and Oracle relational databases.
- Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and its application in projects.
- Practical experience managing product releases and DevOps/Agile methodologies.
- Required Ivalua L3 Certifications (SRM, S2C, P2P, Integration) and Project Release Manager Badge/Certification.
- Preferred: Ivalua L3 SQL certification.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid: remote work with requirement to report onsite once a month.
- Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila time.
