Job summary

N-able Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to define metrics, build a governed semantic layer, and deliver insights through Tableau dashboards.

You will collaborate with product, UX, and engineering to ensure accurate reporting and data governance across Snowflake-powered models. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in BI or analytics, strong SQL, and experience with semantic layers and data modeling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in BI, analytics engineering or product analytics.
• Strong SQL (CTEs, window functions, complex joins) on a cloud data warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with semantic or metrics layers (Snowflake semantic views, dbt, LookML, Power BI or Tableau data models).
• Experience with dimensional modeling concepts: grain and slowly changing dimensions.
• Knowledge of product analytics concepts like adoption, retention, funnels and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics with product and engineering teams and document in the glossary.
• Build semantic views and models in Snowflake with governed data products.
• Write and tune SQL and Snowflake objects powering production reporting; reconcile results across tools.
• Lead NPS and Voice of the Customer reporting and use Cortex functions to classify feedback.
• Maintain question sets, verified queries, and expected answers for Cortex Analyst testing.
• Deliver reporting via Tableau dashboards and reconcile definitions with existing reports.
