What You'll Do

• Execute recurring report pulls and dashboard refreshes using Tableau and existing reporting frameworks.
• Query data from Snowflake using existing and modified SQL scripts.
• Perform data validation, QA checks, and identify data anomalies or inconsistencies.
• Support routine stakeholder data requests by developing and refining SQL queries based on established metric definitions.
• Maintain documentation, process runbooks, metric definitions, and issue logs.
• Escalate requests requiring new methodologies, business logic, or strategic decisions to the in-house Data Analyst.

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying.
• Experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage recurring tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience with data modeling and forecasting is an advantage.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and operational metrics.
