Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking a proactive Buyer to procure products and services to meet company requirements while maintaining inventory levels.

You will negotiate with vendors, ensure quality and timely delivery, and interface with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoicing and shipments. The role may involve mentoring junior staff and supporting procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate best deals with vendors and ensure quality and delivery standards.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet company requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoicing, shipments, and other procurement issues.
• Manage paperwork and purchasing system transactions according to procedures.
• Provide assistance and training to lower-level employees and mentor junior staff.
