Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines is seeking an experienced sales order specialist to ensure accurate processing of all orders and to support a team of inside and outside sales representatives. You will work with sales management, reps and customer service to process orders and change orders, verify accuracy, and meet delivery deadlines.

You will monitor account activity, track data and create reports on market conditions and sales results.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience; minimum three years in the functional area.
• May also have a High School Diploma with five years of experience at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Support a team of inside/outside sales representatives.
• Work with sales management, reps and customer service to process and verify orders and changes.
• Monitor overall account activity and track data for reporting on market conditions and sales results.
• May handle lead and order management for a defined territory and prepare quotes for pre-sales customers.
