Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering andrelated fields

RequiredExperience:

• Licensed Civil Engineer or an equivalent license/proof issued by the official issuing agency of their country
• 15+ years of overall professional experience
• 10 year of experience in infrastructure projects
• Revevant Trainings and certifications

Required Regional Experience:

• Must have experience in Southeast Asia Regions (Indonesia,Philippines,Singapore,Timor-Leste and others)
