The position requires a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields, licenses, and Southeast Asia regional experience including the Philippines.

- License in Environmental Planning or a nationally / internationally recognised professional certification
- 15+ years of overall professional experience
- 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- 10 years of experience in construction supervision
