Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
• At least 3 years in process engineering.
• Strong background in process training, including curriculum development and coaching.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments.
• Willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Training Development & Implementation - Create and deliver technical training programs for engineers, operators, and technicians.
• Process Optimization & Improvement - Analyze, design, and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with HR, Maintenance, QC, and production teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Compliance & Safety Management - Ensure all processes adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer - Guide junior engineers and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Documentation & Standardization - Develop SOPs, technical manuals, and best practices for process training.
