Job summary

First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. is seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager in the Philippines to lead FPC/PCB sourcing and process improvements. The role focuses on upper process/plating, plating/wet operations, and driving yield enhancements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in FPC/PCB manufacturing, plus 3–5 years in a managerial capacity, with strong data analysis and quality-system familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant technical training is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of FPC manufacturing, especially upper and plating processes is an advantage.
• Good understanding of electro/electroless plating, chemical process control, surface treatment, and wet process operations
• Skilled in root cause analysis, process optimization, SPC, FMEA, and DOE
• Familiar with quality systems, process documentation, and engineering change control
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in FPC/PCB or other manufacturing.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role in process engineering or other relevant.
• Experience in upper process and plating/wet process is an advantage.
• Proven experience in process improvement, yield improvement, defect reduction, and team management.
