Job summary

InLife Benefits in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to manage quotations and claims analysis while providing exceptional support to internal and external customers. Ideal candidates have a university degree in actuarial science, math, or similar fields, with relevant experience considered a plus. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

This hybrid role allows for three days onsite and two days of work from home each week, ensuring a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or related courses.
• Preferably with experience in Group Insurance pricing.
• Open to fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate feedback on information completeness for quotations.
• Review group accounts for quotations on new and renewal businesses.
• Release initial new business and renewal quotations within the target turn-around time.
• Prepare Claims Analysis for the Sales Department.
• Address queries of internal and external customers.

Job description

• Health Insurance (In-Patient and Out-patient) on Day 01; while Dependents is upon regularization
• Group Life Insurance effective 1st day of your employment
• Group Accident Insurance effective 1st day of your employment
• Retirement Benefits (vesting starts once reached 5 years in service)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Immediate feedback on completeness of information required forquotations
• Reviews the history of group accounts (new and existing/renewalbusinesses) for quotations
• Provides reasonable and accurate quotations
• Releases initial new business quotation to Group Sales within the targetTurn-around–time
• Releases initial renewal business quotations to Group Sales at least 90days from renewal of the account
• Provides feedback to concerned departments with regard to accuracyof utilization experience
• Prepares the Claims Analysis to be forwarded to Sales Department
• Recommend further analysis for accounts with high utilizationexperience
• Address queries and/or concerns of internal and/or external customers

Qualifications

• University graduates preferably with a degree in actuarial science,mathematics, statistics, or with other math-related courses.
• Preferably with work experience in Group Insurance pricing is anadvantage
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
