Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Pricing Optimization Specialist to lead day-to-day Seller and Deal Support operations, including sales support, deal coordination, quota administration, and reporting. MBA preferred with 7–11 years of experience.

You will oversee teams of 15–30 resources, collaborate with managers and directors, drive process improvements and automation, and ensure governance and KPI delivery across pricing and profitability optimization.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation; MBA preferred.
• 7–11 years in Sales Operations or Seller/Deal Support.
• Experience leading teams of 15–30 resources.
• Experience supporting Manager and Director stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of deal support, quota administration, and reporting.
• Proven record of driving process improvement and governance.
• Experience with incident management and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Seller and Deal Support operations across workstreams.
• Manage workload, staffing, productivity and SLA adherence.
• Review deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Resolve operational escalations and complex requests.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on priorities and delivery.
• Drive process improvement, standardization and automation.
• Support governance reviews and performance reporting.
• Coach analysts on quality and productivity.
• Support transitions and knowledge transfer.
• Govern SOP adherence and process documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and corrective actions.
• Identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Manage hiring, onboarding and succession planning.
