Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks a PPIC Manager in Laguna to lead supply planning and inventory control. The role focuses on ensuring raw materials and finished goods availability and aligning long-term capacity planning with cross-functional teams and production sites.

You will manage forecasts, optimize inventory, set buffer stock levels, and drive improvements via S&OP processes while coaching the team and ensuring GMP and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field, industrial engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in inventory, capacity, and production planning in manufacturing.
• Proven managerial and people leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, or similar planning tools.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna; hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic production planning and supply management.
• Oversee forecasts, resolve supply-demand issues, ensure product availability.
• Manage forecasts and inventory, set buffer stock levels, drive improvements via S&OP.
• Coach and develop team; ensure GMP and safety compliance.
