Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks a PPIC Manager in Laguna to lead supply planning and inventory control. The role focuses on ensuring raw materials and finished goods availability and aligning long-term capacity planning with cross-functional teams and production sites.

You will manage forecasts, optimize inventory, set buffer stock levels, and drive improvements via S&OP processes while coaching the team and ensuring GMP and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field, industrial engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in inventory, capacity, and production planning in manufacturing.
• Proven managerial and people leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, or similar planning tools.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna; hybrid setup.

Job Description

The Product Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Manager is responsible for leading the supply planning activities to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available on time to support the business. He/she is also responsible for coordinating long-term capacity planning, production synchronization, and readiness for peak demand periods by collaborating with cross-functional teams and manufacturing sites.

• Lead strategic production planning and supply management by overseeing forecasts, resolving supply-demand issues, and ensuring product availability at the most efficient cost.
• Managing forecasts, optimizing inventory and warehousing, setting buffer stock levels, and driving continuous improvements through S&OP and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor team performance and support the development of employees through coaching, training, and skills enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and other operational guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year Business-related course, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, capacity planning, and production planning, preferably in a manufacturing or food manufacturing environment.
• With proven managerial and people leadership experience.
• Experience using business planning or inventory management systems, such as SAP, Anaplan, or similar tools, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Hybrid work setup).
