Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Senior BI Technical Lead to head the BI practice within the Business Insights and Analytics team. You will drive the development of BI solutions, partner with stakeholders to deliver reporting needs, and provide technical guidance across BI projects.

You will lead Power Platform-based dashboards, apps, and automation while building data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years in Business Intelligence with Power Platform expertise.
• PL-300 and PL-900 certifications required.
• Experience mentoring or guiding others in BI projects.
• Strong dashboards, reports, and reporting automation experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL, DAX, Dataflows, and semantic models.
• Experience with Azure, Data Lake, QlikView, Python or R is an advantage.
• Agile/Scrum and project management is a plus.
• Experience supporting global business teams is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of BI solutions using Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, and ETL processes.
• Manage BI platforms, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Develop reports and dashboards delivering actionable insights.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and QA for BI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BI team members.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
• Research and adopt new BI technologies and best practices.
