Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Senior BI Technical Lead to join the Business Insights and Analytics team in Quezon City. You will lead BI solution development, drive reporting automation, and guide technical directions across BI projects.

The role emphasizes Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), data pipelines, data models, ETL, and governance, with collaboration across stakeholders and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 7 years in BI with Power Platform expertise.
• PL-300 and PL-900 certifications are required.
• Experience mentoring BI teams and leading dashboards and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI solutions design and implementation using Power Platform.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Build data pipelines, data models, and ETL processes.
• Maintain BI platforms, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Ensure data quality and governance across reports.
• Conduct code reviews and QA for BI solutions.
• Share knowledge with BI team and project teams.
• Research new BI technologies and best practices.
