Job summary

Manulife Investment Operations is seeking an Automation Specialist to design and implement Power Platform based solutions across Global WAM Investments Operations. The role emphasizes investment domain knowledge and tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to deliver scalable automation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, test and deploy solutions, and create dashboards while staying current with platform updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3–5 years in investment operations with data visualization, automation, and BI.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
Basic knowledge of investment products.
Strong analytical skills and Power Platform proficiency.
SQL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate; ensure connectivity with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with teams on updates and issues.
Test applications and workflows for quality and reliability.
Deploy and maintain Power Platform solutions meeting standards and compliance.
Create Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
