Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• CFA charterholder or progress toward CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equities portfolio management or related investment roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with multiple asset classes and macroeconomic factors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multiple equity portfolios to meet risk-adjusted return objectives.
• Conduct fundamental, quantitative and market research to identify opportunities and risks.
• Analyze financial statements and company performance to inform investments.
• Monitor macro trends and cross-asset developments for diversification opportunities.
• Evaluate performance and risk exposures, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare investment insights and performance reports for senior leadership and committees.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and investment governance standards.
