Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA charterholder or progress toward CFA designation is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equities portfolio management, asset management, wealth management, trust banking, hedge funds, stock brokerage proprietary trading, or institutional investing.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, corporate finance, valuation methodologies, market dynamics, and investment management principles.
• Familiarity with multiple asset classes and macroeconomic factors influencing financial markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey investment strategies to diverse stakeholders; familiarity with the Trust industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multiple equity portfolios and ensure decisions align with risk-adjusted return objectives and mandates.
• Conduct in-depth fundamental, quantitative, and market research to identify investment opportunities and assess risks.
• Analyze financial statements, valuation metrics, and company performance to develop informed investment recommendations.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends and cross-asset market developments to uncover diversification opportunities.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and risk exposures, implementing strategies to manage and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present investment insights, market updates, and performance reports to senior leadership, investment committees, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and investment governance standards.
