• Prioritize efforts based on the potential business and revenue contributions of clients in assigned portfolio, unlocking new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by fostering strong relationships. Provide regular updates on local market information and analyses, and conduct follow-up calls to support investment decisions.
• Regularly assess market trends and competitor program offerings to enhance the EWB program's product differentiation and overall attractiveness.
