Job summary

East West Banking Corporation, based in Taguig, seeks a Portfolio Manager to lead equity portfolios within the Trust and Asset Management team. You will leverage fundamental and quantitative research to drive strategy, monitor macro trends, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in equities portfolio management or related fields.
• CFA preferred or progress toward CFA.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multiple equity portfolios to align with risk-return objectives.
• Conduct fundamental, quantitative, and market research to identify investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements and valuation metrics to develop investment recommendations.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends and cross-asset developments for diversification.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and implement risk management strategies.
• Prepare investment insights and performance reports for leadership and clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and investment governance.
