Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines seeks a seasoned PMO/Project Manager to lead diverse projects aligned with business goals. You will partner with management, HR, Finance, Real Estate, and line leaders to plan requirements, manage budgets, and deliver programs.

The role emphasizes process redesign, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance improvements, with healthcare experience preferred and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field with 5–8 years of project experience.
• At least 5 years’ PMO/Project Management experience in a BPO setting.
• Experience leading and coordinating stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of process redesign, performance management and improvements.
• Healthcare background preferred; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement projects and programs supporting business goals.
• Ensure training rooms and production spaces are efficiently utilized.
• PMO liaison with management and functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate transition timelines with business needs and stakeholders.
• Manage demand & supply with HR, Finance and Real Estate from design to delivery.
• Design processes and systems that support business needs.
• Identify best practices and integrate functions and processes.
• Build support for business change across the unit.
• Facilitate leadership priorities and goal setting within a journey plan.
