Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a senior leader to oversee a 20+ person program management team and enterprise portfolio. You will drive PMO governance, enable Azure DevOps adoption, and partner with C-suite on strategic initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in program management, portfolio leadership, and executive collaboration, with night-shift exposure and a preference for hybrid/remote work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, PMO leadership, or portfolio management.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing 20+ people, incl. PMs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Engineering, IT, CS, or related field.
• Strong people-management, coaching, and team development.
• Experience with PMO and enterprise portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and portfolio governance across multiple functions.
• Establish standards for prioritization, planning, and delivery.
• Improve portfolio visibility, accountability, and execution discipline.
• Manage and develop 20+ team members, including Project Managers.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured programs and workstreams.
• Oversee enterprise-wide portfolio of high-priority initiatives.
• Coach PMs on prioritization, stakeholder management, and escalation.
• Identify stalled or under-resourced programs and drive resolution.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and competing priorities.
