Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu, Philippines is seeking an experienced PMO & Operational Excellence Manager to lead enterprise governance, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives across Global Business Services. You will drive project discipline, analytics, automation, and stakeholder engagement to improve service delivery and reduce operational risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PMO, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years in leadership, people management, or functional leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise projects, governance frameworks, and cross-functional transformation.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders, sponsors, and global partners.
• Experience in shared services or global business services environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes PMO methodologies, standards, templates, governance routines, and best practices.
• Oversees project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, monitoring, escalation, closure, and post-implementation review.
• Reviews portfolio performance and reports on health, milestones, risks, and resource use.
• Manages complex enterprise projects from initiation to closure within scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Develops project plans, dashboards, risk registers, and status reports for disciplined execution.
• Coaches and develops PMs, teams, and workstreams on PM disciplines and governance.
• Drives Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001 and compliance requirements.
• Leads Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provides executive dashboards, governance packs, and KPI/SLA reporting.
• Promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement culture.
