Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise technology programs. You will drive incubation, sprints, testing, and handover, while coordinating across LFS, security, and integration teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in delivery management, strong Jira/Confluence/Miro usage, and a track record with fixed-price projects and KPI gating. This role offers a path to growth and meaningful impact in a growing BPO environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in project or delivery management on enterprise tech programs.
Experience managing regulated financial services or payments delivery is a plus.
Proven ability to govern fixed-price, fixed-scope projects with KPI gating.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution across incubation, sprint, and handover.
Govern iteration planning, showcases, risk reviews, and dependency tracking with cross-functional teams.
Publish weekly status and KPI reports against the LFS KPI framework.
Maintain RAID log and drive blockers to resolution with the program team.
Coordinate device provisioning and security onboarding across environments.
Collaborate with Tech Lead on capacity, change control, and scope management; ensure transparent commitments.
Own commercial cadence: iteration acceptance, invoicing, and change requests for fixed-price work.
Support JSIT operations, including defect triage and warranty planning.
Chair cross-squad integration touchpoints when dependencies exist.
