Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and develop schedules and logistics plans.
• Manage subcontracts, change orders, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Prepare schedules of values and monthly payment applications.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project team, mentor staff, and foster collaboration.
• Serve as primary client contact and build long-term relationships.
