Job summary

Five9 in the Philippines seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of Five9 products for enterprise customers, ensuring successful go-lives.

You will drive cross-team collaboration, mentor others, and implement advanced integrations with systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Dynamics 365, while adapting to a permanent night shift.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the contact center industry
• 7+ years as a Contact Center Software Professional Services Consultant
• Ability to explain complex Five9 technical matters to varied audiences
• Experience implementing Genesys, InContact/NICE or other CC software
• Experience in advanced integrations (Salesforce, Velocify, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365)
• Knowledge of SSO, API integrations, IVR, and digital channel implementations
• SSO and API integration experience is preferred
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience for client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, training, testing and production rollout
• Build customer trust by aligning business needs with Five9 solutions
• Provide technical expertise across multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Mentor junior engineers and professionals in the PS team
• Manage enterprise projects and resource gaps as needed
• Oversee integrations with Five9 partners (Salesforce, NetSuite, Velocity, etc.) and APIs
