Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer in the Philippines to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce applications and integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while mentoring junior developers.

There is a strong emphasis on Industry Clouds, Data Cloud, data migration, and DevOps practices to improve platform performance and governance across our client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds including Media Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other industry-specific clouds.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with data migration projects.
• Additional certifications such as OmniStudio, Salesforce Architect, or other advanced Salesforce credentials.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions using Salesforce best practices.
• Build and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs and related integration technologies.
• Design and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal platform performance.
• Create, optimize, and support Salesforce Flows, automation processes, and business workflows.
• Lead Salesforce platform enhancements, upgrades, and releases while ensuring successful implementation and integration.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Git, Gearset, and other deployment automation platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative, scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and Salesforce governance practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to generate meaningful insights and recommend improvements.
