CloudPay Philippines Inc. is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, security, and efficiency of enterprise platforms and services in a hybrid Philippines-based role.

You will work with platform engineers, software developers, and SecOps to maintain a stable environment and enable scalable operations. The role emphasizes automation, IaC (Terraform), scripting (Python/Bash), and CI/CD development, with strong collaboration across teams and on-call

Qualifications

• Experience in platform operations and DevOps with Linux/Unix systems.
• Proficiency with Terraform, GitHub and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability Tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability; perform maintenance and incident handling.
• Investigate incidents, document causes, and drive corrective actions with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop automation and IaC, build CI/CD pipelines, and support secure platform lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and SecOps to embed automation and ensure compliance.
