Cedarside Industries, Inc. in Pampanga seeks an experienced Plant and Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at the facility, ensuring efficient plant and warehouse activities, accurate inventory, timely order fulfilment, and safe fleet coordination.

The role involves supervising minor furniture reconfiguration and repair work, maintaining quality standards, and leading Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in plant, warehouse, logistics, or related operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in office furniture, office systems, furniture repair or reconfiguration, warehousing or distribution preferred.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment, fleet coordination, safety, and basic repair workflows.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process-improvement methods is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor daily plant and warehouse activities.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and completed within schedules.
• Improve warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow.
• Maintain inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Purchasing to meet requirements and avoid delays.
• Oversee fleet availability, dispatch, maintenance, and timeliness of deliveries.
• Supervise furniture reconfiguration and repair work and ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure safety policies, CCTV, and facility maintenance are followed.
• Lead process improvements and monitor performance indicators.
