Lycopodium Philippines is recruiting a Senior Planner to join our Project Services team in the Philippines. You will establish project schedules, manage resourcing and durations across development, approvals, land acquisition, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, transport, construction and commissioning.

You will track progress against the Master Schedule, analyze PMS data, identify critical tasks and risks, and report to Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years postgraduate experience in a similar position
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, vendors and co-workers
• Good organisational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Establish Project schedules including resourcing, logic sequence and duration across all project phases
• Ensure contractual progress performance is tracked against the Project Master Schedule baseline and communicate risks to stakeholders
• Read and interpret design deliverables (flow sheets, P&ID, equipment lists) to prepare and maintain a Project Schedule
• Analyse PMS after updates to identify roles and responsibilities, resource requirements, critical or schedule risk tasks
• Evaluate progress to ensure delivery within budget and schedule constraints and report concerns to Project Managers

Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a Senior Planner to join our growing Project Services team.

The tasks you'll perform

• Establish Project schedules including resourcing, logic sequence and duration of each phase of the project including project development, planning approvals, land acquisition, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, transport, construction and commissioning.
• Ensure contractual progress performance is tracked and reported against the Project Master Schedule baseline and all outcomes, risks and concerns are identified and communicated with all project stakeholders.
• Read and interpret all typical design deliverables such as flow sheets, P&ID’s drawings, equipment lists and other data required to prepare and maintain a Project Schedule.
• Following the progress updates, the Senior Planner will be required to analyse the PMS and identify:
• Roles and Responsibility assignment to activities
• Resource requirements
• Critical or schedule risk tasks
• S curves – Progress, manning, commodities
• Contract strategies or opportunities
• Evaluate project progress to ensure that it is meeting budgetary and deadline objectives. Recognise progress concerns and report immediately to the Project Managers to ensure projects are completed within both budgetary and schedule constraints.

The expertise you'll bring

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification is desired.
• 8+ years’ postgraduate experience in a similar position.
