Job summary

Luxoft Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer for the Capital Markets domain. You will design, develop, and optimize SQL/PL-SQL solutions, participate in agile teams, and own full development lifecycles. Prior experience with treasury/markets applications and reporting is preferred.

The role emphasizes collaboration, technical documentation, and delivering high-quality, scalable financial systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on SQL/PL-SQL and databases development.
• Experience in banking domain with capital markets understanding.
• Basic understanding of financial products.
• Knowledge of advanced SQL concepts.
• Collaborative and agile team working style.
• Experience supporting Treasury & Markets apps (preferred).
• Regulatory reporting background (preferred).
• Murex Datamart development experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new projects and enhancements
• Delivering and presenting proof-of-concept solutions to senior management
• Working in teams following agile development practices
• Involvement in development, CI, and time-boxed iterations
• Participating in and leading design workshops
• Performing code reviews and reviewing technical documentation
• Owning the full development lifecycle and delivering quality materials
• Develop inter-entity reporting framework
• Deliver major user enhancements and new reporting solutions
• Perform code/data model reviews before production releases
